CPDN has now implemented the EU changes for Stat's export. If you want to have your Stat's exported to external sites like BOINCstats or Free-DC you must sign into your Climate Prediction account and update your CPDN Preferences to allow export by adding the Check mark for that setting.

Guessing that happened a month ago as there was a big negative number on Free-DC and then stats every day since as people allow export.
