How do I stop getting the regular WCG tasks and only get the Beta tasks? I keep getting MCM tasks....

Set a profile to only OpenPandemics, and make sure 'If there is no work available....' is not checked.

Make sure that profile has Beta testing enabled.

since that app has no work you should only get Beta by default

This is my setup as well.
Looks like I downloaded 11 tasks on a PC and all had an error for 0.02 WUProp hours.

Are they cpu or gpu tasks?

That WCG project does not appear to exist when I try and select it on my account, it is not an option on any profile.
So I can't run it even if it had work to send me.
Perhaps I missed something?

I don't think anybody is getting any of the BETA Wu's, I've only received 1 which didn't run long enough to receive any hourly credit since they were announced ...

There are currently no beta tasks available, they released 200 WUs for v7.00 and v7.01 each, now waiting for the release of v7.02 as they were instantly crashing. All those tasks were for 64-bit Linux, no working Windows version yet.

Check Operational Status for updates.

beware on low memory machines - java is greedy

Even high memory machines. I see some over 4gb per task single threaded.

It's running okay on 2 of my box's but totally Borked a 3 Box, probably going to have to reinstall Linux on that one ... Say another instance of BOINC is running but I can't get it to show up & Process Manager doesn't show it running.

I had to remove a file called 'BOINC Manager-user' in my home directory to make it work.
"user" part might be dependent on your linux usename.
